Definitions

Personal data: Any information that directly or indirectly identifies a natural person (surname, first name, date of birth, photo, voice, telephone number, etc.)

Data processing: Any operation relating to personal data (direct collection of data or recording, storage, modification, dissemination of such data, etc.)

Data controller: Refers to the person who determines the purposes and means of a processing operation, i.e. the objective pursued by the processing. 

User: Refers to any person connecting to the site or using it.

Processing of your personal data

Auzhó assures the user that personal information will be collected and processed with respect for their privacy in accordance with French law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedom. 

On the website, no personal data is collected, and there are no cookies.

Outside the website, personal data is collected in the following cases:

– By email or phone call or video conference

– On the newsletter page: subscription to the newsletter 

The data that may be collected are :

– Identity data: name, first name, address

– Contact data: address, telephone number, email address, IP (for the newsletter)

– Commercial data: purchase history, customer number…

– Purchase data: surname, first name, address, telephone number, Siret number, e-mail address and bank details

The processing of data is always for a specific purpose and always has a legal basis. Furthermore, the data collected is limited to what is relevant and adequate for the purposes for which it is processed. The data processing based on the contractual or pre-contractual basis meets the following purposes:

– Management and follow-up of commercial relationship

– Making appointments

– Providing the services to which you have subscribed

– Sending the newsletter

– Processing requests (information requests, complaints, etc.)

– Recovery of unpaid invoices

This data is kept for the entire duration of the contract and the duration of legal requirements, which is five years in civil and commercial matters. Concerning the management of unpaid bills, the duration is five years from the end of the collection procedure.

Data security

Personal data is kept in secure conditions, in compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation and the national legislation in force. I take appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access to or alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction of the data.

Transfer of data

Auzhó does not sell your personal data to third parties. However, they may be shared with third party companies in the following cases:

– Newsletter sending, with MailChimp and Infomaniak

Only the data strictly necessary for the execution of the service entrusted to them will be communicated to them. Depending on the location of the subcontractors, the data may be transferred outside the EU. Indeed, data may be transferred to service providers established in the United States, within the framework of the provision of IT services. The latter have adhered to the EU-US Privacy Shield and ensure an adequate level of data protection (Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of 12-7-2016).

Your rights

In accordance with the regulations applicable to personal data, you have the following rights:

– Request to update or delete your data

– Exercise your right of access, to know the personal data concerning you 

In this case, before exercising this right, Auzhó may request proof of your identity in order to verify its accuracy. If you feel that after this contact, your “Data Protection” rights have not been respected, you can send a complaint online to the CNIL.
